Our coating and lamination services for solvent or aqueous adhesive systems are widely used in pharmaceutical, medical, electronic, and aerospace industries. Using GMP-compliant coating lines, substrates with thicknesses up to 0.125” (3.175 mm.) and widths up to 67” (1702 mm.) can be coated according to your specific adhesion requirements. A team of experienced scientists and coaters will work with you to formulate, compound, prepare, as well as apply custom adhesive coatings on the substrates of your choice. We offer toll and custom coating services for the application of custom solvent-based or water-based coatings on substrates up to 67" (1702 mm.) wide and 0.125” (3.175 mm.) thick. Our facility is pharmaceutical GMP-compliant and equipped with three coating lines, three slitting machines, as well as various rewinding plus unwinding stations.

With an in-house R&D Department and a fully-equipped R&D lab, optimizing coating solutions to exactly suit your needs is not a problem for us. Our development services also include the ability to add active components such as antimicrobials to adhesive coatings. Toll Coating Services (Mixing & Slitting)


Contract coating manufacturing for virtually any kind of material, including HDPE/LDPE films, PE-papers, foils, foams and other substrates, is our specialty. We can provide any type of adhesive or protective coating with antimicrobial elements or other specific add-ons depending on the requirement. The functional performance and appearance of your coatings can be enhanced in our fully equipped R&D Department.

LTS is equipped with temperature controlled bulk drum handling capabilities along with tote storage. Our Mass Preparation mixing/ compounding areas and coating heads adhere to Explosion Proof (XP) standards.

Product Research & Development


We assist customers in developing and manufacturing coated products for pharmaceutical, electronics, as well as other technology based industries. Any adhesive, laminate, or coating product can be formulated from scratch, with our in-house R&D Department. Compounds are mass prepared and mixed in batches. If you need to enhance your current coating or modify the existing formulation, our R&D Department can assist you to obtain the properties you require.
